Mrs. Dixie Rae Wilson of Troy passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Troy Health and Rehab in Troy. She was 90. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from the Chapel of Skeen Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Bo Weed officiating. Burial will follow in Mossy Grove Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. She was born December 5, 1923 in Shackelford County, Texas to the late Frank Smalley and Gladys Balliew Smalley. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Tom Wilson, brothers, Fred Smalley, Franklin Smalley and Raymond Crudgington. She is survived by a sister: Ann Harris, Mesquite, TX; several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and great nephews, several cousins, and a very special great nephew, Paul Knight, Troy. Serving as pallbearers will be Paul Knight, Steve Wilkes, Tommy Scarbrough, James Motes, Donnie Knotts and Roy Mann. Memorials may be made to Mossy Grove Memorial Trust Fund, P.O.
