Mr. Thomas Wilborn Lewis of Prairieville, LA, formally of Luverne, AL, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 in St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA. He was 68. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Sardis Cemetery in Crenshaw County with Rev. William Leverett officiating. Burial will follow with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. He was born July 24, 1945 in Foley, AL son of the late H.B. Lewis and Eleanor Ruby White Lewis. He is survived by 2 sons: Thomas A. Lewis, Brantley, AL. and Billy Stephen Lewis, Jack, AL; grandchildren: Elissa Nicole Lewis and Nickolas Kain Lewis, both of Luverne, AL; Steven Blake Lewis and Ethan Blane Lewis, both of Jack, AL; brother: Michael Stephen Lewis, Luverne, AL; and several nieces and nephews.
