Mr. Timmy Wayne Knighten, Sr. of Grady passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Prattville Baptist Hospital in Prattville. He was 56. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Community Baptist Church in Grady with Rev. John Posey officiating, Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends at the Church Sunday from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service. He was born March 11, 1958 in Montgomery County, AL. to Jack Knighten and Peggy Little Knighten. Timmy was a avid Alabama Fan. ROLL TIDE!!! He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Willie Little and Don and Frances Knighten, a sister, Judy Walters, a nephew, Jeffrey Knighten, a niece, Ashley Jenine Senn and a grandson, Landon Aries Walters. He is survived by his children: Timmy Wayne Knighten, Jr., Arianna Rose Knighten and Ethan Holloran all of Millbrook; their mother: Kim Knighten, Millbrook; parents: Jack and Peggy Knighten, Grady; sisters: Jackie Kraft and Terri Houlton both of Grady; brother: Jeff Knighten, Slapout; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
