Mrs. Linda Flynn of Troy passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Troy Regional Medical Center. She was 67. Arrangements will be announced at a later date. She was born September 1, 1949 in Virginia daughter of the late David Louis Withrow, Jr. and Elizabeth May Hodges Withrow. She is survived by her husband, Charles Flynn, Troy; 3 children, Donald Arsenault and Mitchell Arsenault, both of VA, and Dorothy Marie Fraley, Troy; 3 brothers, Robert Withrow, Prattville, Richard Withrow and Tommy Withrow, both of VA; sister, Mary McDonald, Troy; grandchildren, Alexis, Fox and Brandon all of Troy.
