Mrs. Beverly "Bev" Rose Buchanan a resident of the Ansley Community passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery. She was 67. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Rev. Curtis Faulkner officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Buchanan was born October 10, 1950 to the late Harold and Geraldine Berlik Knepprath. She is survived by her husband Fred Buchanan, Ansley Community; sons, Michael Buchanan (Deborah),Auburn, Sean Buchanan (Susan), Springhill, and Jason Buchanan (Shannon), Ansley Community; brother, Richard Knepprath, West Allis, WI; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 uncles, Larry Berlik and Leonard Berlik both of Wausau, WI. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Buchanan, Sean Buchanan, Michael Buchanan, Herman Buchanan, Tiffany Buchanan and Christopher Buchanan.
