Mrs. Peggy Frances Bass of the Perdue Community passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at her residence. She was 83. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. (EST) Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Winter Garden Cemetery in Winter Garden, FL. Burial will follow in Winter Garden Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home directing. She is survived by her son, Michael Bass (Patricia), Troy; 2 granddaughters, Miss Michael Childs, Deland FL and Courtney Hudson, Troy; grandson, Tyler O. Bass, Troy; great granddaughter, Nova Lowery, Troy; 3 brothers, Bryan Lowery, Troy, Roger Lowery, Houston, TX and Doyle Lowery, Ocala, FL.
