James H. “Sport” Jordan of Troy passed away Friday, December 28, 2012 at his residence. He was 67. Graveside services for James H. “Sport” Jordan will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2012 at Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery in Shellhorn with Rev. Loyd Hodge officiating and Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Mr. Jordan was born June 16, 1945 in Pike County AL. son of the late Henry F. Jordan and Mary Annie Ward Jordan. In addition to his parents Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Daniels. He is survived by a brother: Donald Jordan, Troy; nieces and spouses: Michelle Jordan, Montgomery, AL; Patricia (John) Gorrie, Decatur, GA; and Melissa (Jamie) Sutherland, Troy; nephew: Robin Daniel, Troy; great nieces: Hannah Grace Jordan, Montgomery, AL; and Payton Sutherland, Troy; and a great nephew: Jordan Todd Atwell, Montgomery, AL.
