Ms. Sara Ouida Johnson of Goshen, AL passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017. She was 82. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 2107 at Joquin Baptist Church with Reverend Frank Lowery officiating. Burial will follow in Joquin Baptist Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Thursday at the church from 1:00 P.M. until service time. Ms. Johnson was born August 30, 1935 in Goshen, AL to the late Aubrey and Juanita Spurlock Messick. She is survived by 5 children, Danny Clyde Johnson (Bonnie), Goshen AL, Janet Childs (Jack), Montgomery AL, Randall Aubrey Johnson, Goshen, AL, Gena McAnally, Goshen AL, Veda Roberts, Jack AL; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 12 siblings. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Adams, Brunson McCoy, Kenny Messick, Ken Messick, Paul Allen and Patrick Messick.
