Almost 25 years ago you came into my life and showed me what a normal mother was , I'll always be greatful for that but mainly for you and Billy raising such a wonderful man to become my soulmate , best friend and husband. The last two years have been very hard on me , but you reminded me I still had a mom left and it gave me peace .Without you I am even more lost , But I promise you that I'll try my best to be here for all your boys as you called them and I'll do everything I can to take care of them all even Billy . Til I see you again I love you more than you ever knew.

Where do I begin? Maybe back in 1992 and the 17 years following that.....You became my mother in law and the woman I spent the majority of my time with. I'll never forget the days that I would have to roll your hair or put a perm in it and you would fall asleep while you were sitting in the chair. I'll never forget getting up and going to town with you on Fridays to go to the grocery store and do all of our running around. I'm so thankful that mine and Michael's babies (Jonathon, Sam and Whitney) got to have you for their Maw Maw and even more thankful that your great grandaughter, Ruby, got to brighten your last days Then, in 1994 when I lost my mama, you stepped in and took on that role. I'll forever be grateful and forever love you and cherish the time I got to spend with you.
I Love You,

Colossians 2:5
For though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the firmness of your faith in Christ.

My mama was one of a kind. She was a woman who loved her God, her husband and her children. No matter how tough things got or how wrongly she was treated she still held on to the things that she loved the most.
She was a woman with a kind heart and giving spirit. She would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it even when she needed it more.
I can remember her saving loose change all year just to make sure that all her children and later grandchildren had a gift under the tree at Christmas.
She worked in and out of the home to help provide for her family and their needs.
She was my world and I will miss her tremendously! She was always there to talk to or ask questions. She sometimes would drive me crazy with her advice but, she was only trying to keep me out of trouble.
She loved to go with us when we sang and even when she couldn't get on stage with us she was singing her heart out on the front bench.
Her world revolved around her kids and grandkids. Each one was special and had a place all their own in her heart. Even when they did things that weren't right she never gave up on them. She always saw the best in everything.
God has just picked the most beautiful rose on earth to put into his eternal garden.
Love you, mama!
