Stephen Keith Whitehead of Troy, AL, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL. He was 58. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Springhill Emmanuel Church with Pastor Wilburn Kirkland officiating. Skeen Funeral Home of Troy is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends Thursday at the church one hour prior to the service. Steve was born September 25, 1960, in Troy, AL, to the late Morgan Whitehead and Doris Knotts Whitehead. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Candice Whitehead, brother, Eddie Whitehead and sisters: Helen McLain, Patricia Norris, and Elaine Dease. He is survived by his wife, Janet Wiggins Whitehead, Troy; children: Angie (Charles) Green, Brantley, AL, Stephanie (Justin) Silcox, OK, Dezarae Wiggins, Troy; step child, Santana Wiggins, Luverne, AL; brothers, Pat (Sue) Whitehead, TX, Jimmy (Janet) Whitehead, Millbrook, AL; sister, Sheila Whitehead Allen, CA; grandchildren: Katelyn Rushing, Kolby Davis, Haisten (Katilyn) Senn, Logyne McDonald, Mady Jaide Green, Morgan Green, Montiel Green, Talin Baxley, Kellan Whitehead, Alexis Bryant, Cameron Wiggins, and Caden Wiggins; two great grandchildren, Rylee Smith and Emma Kate Senn; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
