Johnny Glenn Davis a resident of Brundidge, AL, passed away Monday, June 22, 2020, at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery. He was 62. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2020, at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Pastor Shirlie Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Ramah Baptist Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Glenn was born in Troy, AL, June 6, 1958, to Johny Shelf Davis and the late Izell Johnson Davis. Glenn was known for selling fresh produce in the Pike County area. Glenn was a very nice, loving person. He will be missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his brother, Hershel Glenn Hughes; sister, Sally West; Aunt, Alice Johnson, Brundidge; cousins, Betty McIntosh and Mike Johnson, both of Brundidge; special friends, Shirley and James Oakes, Ramah and Joan Faulkner, Corinth Community; special caretaker, Martha and Deryl Richards, and their son, Christian Coleson, all of Brundidge; several friends and cousins. Serving as pallbearers will be Russell Oakes, Jonathan Oakes, Christian Coleson, Deryl Richards, Mike Johnson and Moses Davenport.
