Mr. Randall Gene Jordan of Banks, AL, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020, at his residence. He was 60. Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at Belser Cemetery with Chaplain Phillip Durr officiating. Burial will follow with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at Skeen Funeral Home in Troy. He was born January 26, 1960, in Luverne, AL, to the late Huey Eugene Jordan and Ruth Pearl Griffin Jordan. He was honorably discharged from the National Guard after 5 years of service and retired from Smart Industries after 15 years. He is survived by wife, Donna Hemeling Jordan, Luverne; daughter, Amanda Jordan; son, Randall Jordan, Jr., both of Banks; sister, Rosey McCall, Troy; step children: Keith Hermeling, Troy, Nicole Quinn, Kevin Hermeling, and Allyson Bryan, all of Luverne; grandchildren: Jayden Arrington, Amya Arrington, Laura Hermeling, all of Luverne, Lillian Burger, and Saylor Shaffer, both of Banks; nephew, Brennon Green, Troy; uncle, Raiford Jordan, Mt. Moriah; numerous cousins and friends. Due to the state of Alabama's recently updated restrictions involving the COVID-19 pandemic, masks will be required and social distancing rules will be in effect.
