James Earl "Fuzz" Richards a resident of Troy died Saturday, October 3, 2020 at his residence. He was 74. Skeen Funeral Home of Troy is assisting the family with a simple cremation. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Mr. Richards was born December 23, 1945 in Pike County, AL to the late James Williams Issac Richards and Goldie Barefoot Richards. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Joe Richards and Jerry Dean Richards, and an infant sister. He is survived by his wife, Lillian Adkins Richards; son, Gregory Floyd; daughter, Kelly Lynn Richards; and a grandson, Douglas Aron Aldridge (Tonia). The family will be at the home of Lillian Richards, 205 S. Brundidge Street, Troy, AL for those wishing to pay their respects.
