Mr. Kenneth Ross Smallwood II a resident of Troy, AL. passed away at his residence Thursday, December 3, 2020. He was 62. Graveside services for Kenneth Ross Smallwood II will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 7, 2020, at Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery. Burial will follow with Military Honors under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy. The family will meet with friends following the service. He was born March 23, 1958 in Montgomery, AL to Kenneth Ross Smallwood and JoAnn Cauthen Tillotson. He served our country for over 20 years in the U.S. Army. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Ross Smallwood, a son, Terry Smallwood and his step father, Verle Tillotson. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Smallwood, Troy; daughter, Debra Smallwood, Troy; Beth Scovell, OR; sons, Timothy Smallwood, TN, and Jason Smallwood, Utah; mother, JoAnn Tillotson, Montgomery; brothers, Timothy Paul Smallwood, FL. and James Smallwood, Montgomery; sister, Ann Washington, Anniston, AL.
