Linda Allen a resident of Troy, AL passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan. She was 59. Funeral services for Linda Allen will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2022, at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Minister Steve Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends Friday at the funeral home one hour prior to the, service. She is survived by her children, Lashay Jewell (Jesse) and Ben Allen (April); grandchildren, Jesse II, Breanna, Katelyn, Madison, Shelbie, Reid and Tyler Jewell, Lauren Allen, McKenzie Allen, Cole Allen, Evan Hogan and Nathan Hogan; great grandchildren, Cole Little, Jr. and Ember Jewell; brothers, Daniel Ming, the love of my life, Pete Bogerd and Sammy Spears; Pike County Nutrition family of children and teachers who truly touched my life for 27 years; many relatives and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to Boyd and Sandra Berry, Bill Knight, Glenwood Methodist Church, and Olivia, Shandon, Rhianna, Emily and Kayla of Flowers Hospital 4 North, and a very special thanks to Steve Hall for his help, love, care and compassion. Serving as pallbearers will be Jessie Jewell, Cole Little, Mitch Austin, Donald McLendon, Kevin Peoples and Ronald McLendon. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Allen, Bryant Brown, Roy Wilson, Boyd Berry, Jerry Reynolds, Randy Juneau and Al Rotten.
