Mrs. Sara Martha Horn of Luverne, AL passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Crenshaw Community Hospital in Luverne. She was 88. Funeral services for Mrs. Horn will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Luverne with Rev. Clay Crum officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday at the church from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. Mrs. Horn was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Williard Delwin Horn, who died in 2015, her sisters, Antnet Daughtry and Gussie Mae Smith. Mrs. Horn was a retired teacher, a member of the Order of Eastern Star and a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Luverne. She was a wonderful mother, wife, and friend. She is survived by her sons, Ray Horn (Teresa) Montgomery, and Stanley Franklin Horn, Luverne; nephews, Elton Smith and Lee Daughtry.
