Mr. Charles Russell Warren of Troy passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at his residence. He was 72. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 pm Monday, March 30, 2015 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Doc Kirby officiating. Burial will follow with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm Monday, March 30, 2015 at Skeen Funeral Home in Troy. He was born June 28, 1942 in Marianna, FL to the late Russell Duncan Warren and Glennie Ruth McLeod Warren Ethridge. Mr. Warren faithfully served our country in the U.S. Navy. He was retired from the Alabama State Hwy Department and the Alabama State Employment Office. He also farmed all his life. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife Mary Sue Gray Warren. He is survived by his children: Charles Michael Warren (Ronda), Eagle River, AK; daughter: Cindy Warren DeLongchamp (Michael), Montgomery; Clint Warren and Christopher Warren, both of Troy; brothers: Richard Lane Warren (Sula), Troy and Duncan Griffin Warren (Beth), Williams SC; sister: Carey Warren Speaks (Howard), Walterboro, SC; grandchildren: Chas Ryan Warren, Richmond VA: Chase Thomas Warren (Erica) and Casie Carol Warren, both of Eagle River AK; Michael Luis DeLongchamp and Wills Patrick DeLongchamp both of Montgomery; and a great granddaughter: Tatum Elizabeth Warren, Eagle River, AK. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Warren, Michael DeLongchamp, Kenneth Griffin, Tommy Floyd, Donald Lee and Jeff Kervin.
